Beans, beans a wonderful treat…the more you eat at the annual Wapato High School Bean Feed the more you will support cancer patient care locally.  The 61st Annual Bean Feed is coming up Friday, February 2, 2018.  The event is held in the Wapato High School Commons Area.  Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Wapato High School Office during school hours or they are available at the door the evening of the event. $5.00-adults/$3.00-student/child.

All the proceeds from this long running Wapato High School event will be given to North Star Lodge Cancer Care Center in Yakima.  Over the years the Annual Bean Feed has raised about $160,000 to help cancer patients in our area.

The Wapato Wolves are also hosting the Ellensburg Bulldogs in basketball that night.  Girls Varsity tips off at 5:45 p.m. and the Boys at 7:15 p.m.  It is Senior Night at the games and it is also Alumni Night, so if you are a Wapato Alum please join us and be recognized during the games.  Everyone is welcome to come enjoy a meal at the Bean Feed and then watch some exciting High School basketball.
