In order to achieve our vision and mission at Simcoe Elementary School we commit to the following;

1. We, the educators, believe that all students can achieve rigorous academic standards. Together we will develop a collaborative professional learning community where all are supported to sharpen our instructional practices and improve our effectiveness to increase student achievement.
2. Our Students, being young, inquisitive and pioneering learners will strive to succeed through rigorous learning and continuous effort to reach high academic goals. Our students will embrace diversity and act responsibly. 
3. Our Safety, is a top priority. We will work diligently in providing a safe and caring learning environment to all students, staff and patrons through strategic planning, coordination and education.
4. Families and Community Partnerships are integral to the success of our students and schools. Our families are welcomed and invaluable partners in their child’s education. The parents input, participation and support are critical to their student’s academic and social success.
